1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bingo Pluz website and its services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Bingo Pluz ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Bingo Pluz.

2Eligibility & Registration

3Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on Bingo Pluz. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your account.
• All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Bingo Pluz supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

All deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. There are no fees charged by Bingo Pluz on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — those are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to a payment method registered under your verified name.
• Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days.
• Bingo Pluz reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on large withdrawals to prevent fraud.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Bingo Pluz regularly offers bonuses, reload promotions, referral rewards, and seasonal promos for Filipino players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general rules unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — unused bonuses will be forfeited after the stated expiry date.
• Bingo Pluz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one use per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Players found abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus farming or multi-accounting — will have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

6Gameplay & Fair Play

All games on Bingo Pluz — including Bingo, Live Casino, Sabong, Tongits, Fishing Games, and Betting Odds — operate using certified technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. Live Casino games use real dealers and real-time streaming with transparent gameplay.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game session, Bingo Pluz reserves the right to void affected bets. If an error results in an incorrectly credited win, that amount may be reclaimed by the Platform even if it has been partially withdrawn. We handle these situations case by case and always aim to be fair to the player.

Game results displayed on the platform are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Bingo Pluz's decision on disputed game results is final after investigation.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bingo Pluz platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in card games and live tables.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or conducting chargebacks after winnings have been received.
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any activity in violation of Philippine law.
• Creating a hostile, abusive, or threatening environment for other players or staff.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Bingo Pluz platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and branding — is the intellectual property of Bingo Pluz or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Bingo Pluz content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of Bingo Pluz intellectual property may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

Bingo Pluz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Bingo Pluz is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, internet outages, or device failures.

In all cases, Bingo Pluz's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

You may close your Bingo Pluz account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Bingo Pluz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable Philippine law, or our Responsible Gaming policy. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

11Privacy & Data Use

Bingo Pluz collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our detailed Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with regulatory obligations.

12Amendments to Terms

Bingo Pluz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Bingo Pluz platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account and stop using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
